What is OptionsTradePro?

OptionsTradePro is a premium Discord of ES futures and SPX option trading education and actionable trade alerts. My goal is to share my experience from the past 22 years and to help you to become a better trader.

Are the alerts real-time?

Yes, each alert is based on my live trades that I'm sharing with subscribers in real time.

How do you recommend to start using the OptionsTradePro?

If you are new to ES futures or SPX options, my recommendation would be to start paper trading using our alerts.  Then start with small positions and increase the allocation gradually as you gain more confidence.

How much can I expect to make with your service?

It is important to set expectations and it's ultimately up to you. I never make any promises or guarantees. Based on past history winning trading typically produce 1 to 4% return on total capital per week.

What is strategies do you use?

We trade a variety defined-risk strategies. My approach is to consistently gain in both bull and bear markets. There will time where puts will be sold and other times where calls will be sold.  Remember slow and steady win the race. . Think about your risk first. If you take care of the risk, the profits will come.

Which stocks do you trade options against?

We typically trade ES future and SPX options.  In most cases these have the best liquidity and volume.

How do I get the trade notifications?

All trade alerts are live via Discord. Once you subscribe you will get alerts. This can be downloaded by visiting your app store from your phone or here for your desktop - Discord Desktop

When are the trade alert sent?

All trade notifications are sent during market hours. We provide an alert for the entry and also when to exit the trade.

Can those strategies be implemented in IRA accounts?

It depends on a broker you are using. Most brokers will allow trading risk defined spreads in IRA accounts, but it's better to ask the broker. For example TD Ameritrade, E*TRADE, Morgan Stanley and Tastyworks all allow these trades in IRA accounts.

How many trades do you typically have and how long do you hold them?

Day trades are typically held for minutes to a few hours. Whereas most swing trades are 3 to 7 days.

How do you calculate your performance?

We use a model portfolio of $200,000. We risk no more than 1% on any day trade.

What is the minimum account size to trade those strategies?

I recommend at least $2,000 in your account to start, $5,000 or more is ideal.

I missed the trade alert and my credit on the spread is lower?

I recommend to be patient and let the price "come to you". Most of the time, you should be able to get a similar fill as I do. In fact, in many cases, by being patient members could achieve better credit fills.

How much should I allocate to any given trade?

It is up to you and based on your risk tolerance. Typically, most members do not risk more than 20% of their accounts and we have some members that risk as little as 5% of their accounts on each trade.

If the trade doesn't win, can I get a refund?

Losing is part of trading. Not every trade will win, and trading is risky.

I work full time, will I be able to benefit from the service?

We have a lot of members who work full time. Our trading is a more relaxed style, so you don't have to be in front computer or your phone all day long.  Typically, 1 to 2 hours per day of your time will be required.
